Until now, the UNICEF Office in Kosovo has supported the Health Ministry with the donation of 211,420 doses of COVID-19 vaccine through COVAX. Another shipment of 521,820 doses of Pfizer vaccine - B O NTech COVIDD-19 will arrive in the coming weeks”, the programme says.

Today, Kosovo accepted 38,400 additional doses of AstraZeneca / Oxford vaccine COVID-19, sponsored by U NICEF through COVAX. This is the fourth shipment of COVID-19 vaccines to Kosovo via COVAX.

So far, the UNICEF Office in Kosovo has supported the Health Ministry with the donation of 211,420 doses of COVID-19 vaccine through COVAX. Another shipment of 521,820 doses of Pfizer vaccine - B O NTech COVID-19 will arrive in the coming weeks.

With vaccines delivered so far and the achievement of other vaccines in the coming weeks, U n NICEF through COVAX will cover 20% of Kosovo's population.
