Throughout the summer, says Mushkolaj, citizens have attended weddings and discotheques, while children are now said to be at risk in schools.
He says that care should be from the beginning, which, according to him, jobs would be better in terms of COVID-19.

While Education Minister Arberie Nagavci said any decision would be based on the assessment of the children's best interest and public health care.
