Following the hearing hearing, the chief prosecutor of the Department for Crime's Prosecution Ibrahim Idrizi has estimated that there is a well-based doubt, that the defendant on August 22nd 2021, in Ferizaj, in his apartment. With intent, cruelly for low motives, the night before, has initially practiced psychic violence, then physical violence, which has continued even on the critical day until M.O. (18) has changed his life.
While the other defendant, Arber Sejdiu, has been present all along, at the scene of the event, who has also participated in exercising physical and psychic violence, has thus directly contributed to the conduct of criminal work, the death of the deceased respectively, and then sent the same and left him at the general hospital in Ferizaj, with no signs of life, while the two defendants fled in the unknown direction.
According to the judge's assessment of the preliminary procedure, there are legal reasons for the appointment of the pre-trial detention, due to the fact that there is a doubt that the defendant has committed the criminal act he suspected of.
