neighbouring state health institutions have toughened the measures.
To enter Montenegro, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Two dose or one dose of vaccine certificate.
2. PCR tests no more 72 hours.
3. Confirmation of COVID 19 no less than 14 days and no more than 180 days of positive testing with COVID 19.
4. Negative antigen test no more than 48 hours.
Also at weddings and birthdays and other parties, attendance will be with the upper measures.
These measures apply from August 20th to September 10th.
