Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu at today's conference has been asked by the media why she has appeared in yesterday's protest held in Ferizaj, following the tragic case where an 18-year-old was killed.

Haxhiu says he has appeared in protest and will come out whenever there is a law failure.

The reason why I have been in protest will continue to emerge whenever there is the proper malfunction of the justice system, is also as a sign of protest, against the failure of justice institutions”, she says.

Haxhiu has mentioned the Veting process.

“As you are aware of MD has started deep reform like Veting, which we believe is the only key we have available to make the justice system independent.

We are working hard on this justice, it is expected that very soon the document concept will be processed in Government, and I believe that through this process we will be able to restore the citizens' trust in justice institutions”, she added.
