Meet the Only Person in the World Who Has the Right to Drive Without a Driver's License

The driver's license is a document proving the ability to direct certain categories of vehicles. But someone doesn't need it.

We don't understand all those criminals who keep driving even after “their driver's license”, as well as those who have never received the driving exam, and regularly participate in traffic by running one of the vehicles for which the above-mentioned document is required.

But there is an exception - a person who has the privilege of not having a driver's license to drive legally because of his status.

That's exactly what English laws allow their queen to drive without a driver's license.

By law, no one has reason for the Queen to ask for a driver's license if you see him after the wheel.

So if she decided to run a car herself, she should do this without any legal obstruction.

And to do better, the car used by the Queen of England doesn't even have to be recorded, and so there's no license, it transmits the telegraph.

The queen does not even need a passport, and she did not have it when she traveled to each of the 116 countries she visited during her lifetime.
