In the government's new decision, wearing masks will be mandatory even when you're walking alone, unlike the previous decision that was allowed to walk only without a mask.
Otherwise, wearing masks is binding only on these occasions: driving alone, or driving exclusively when close family members are present, running, cycling and exercise, eating or drinking.
Also, the government has banned access to closed facilities without setting a mask.
