The Vetevendosje Movement will target the 4-year term in Pristina with Health Minister Arben Year, as the candidate for capital chairman.
There are 55 other candidates on the list, who are expected to compete for the Municipal Assembly.
Municipal elections are expected to be held on 17 October.
