“Persons that clash with the law two times show how dangerous they are and this case is even more sensitive since the main suspect is still on the run, but in this case the entire State Prosecutor and the Justice Ministry must engage to be quickly arrested because taking into account other cases suspected persons who have been at the start of the fugitive investigations have failed to be arrested in”, says lawyer Gashi-Btyqi.
The lawyer, among other things, demanded that all hospitals in the country and family medical centres have a protocol that, in cases like this 18-year-old will take notes and more easily identify suspected persons.
“It would be good to make a protocol within hospitals and QKMFs so that in cases like this identify people who take victims to such a state and then take measures against them”.
Among other things, the lawyer indicated that suspects performing such works could be sentenced to up to 25 years or life in prison, while for the 18-year-old murder suspect said she wants the sentence convicted.
