Lawyer for the 18-year-old murder suspect: He is shocked and hard to answer, willing to cooperate

The Foundation Court in Ferizaj has imposed the 30-day detention measure on Arben Sejdiu, who allegedly committed criminal work in co-ordination, serious murder.

Lawyer Arbnor Shefkiu, who is defending Arben Sejdiu on official duty, in a conversation to Inseder has said her client has not rejected the 30-day detention measure, is once shocked with the tragic case and is willing to co-operate with the bodies responsible for whiteening the case.

“In the preliminary procedure (Arber Sejdiu) has expressed regret and condolences in the case, it has also been very willing to cooperate with justice bodies to give me as much information as possible and fully dawn the truth and the way the case has happened”.

Asked by Online Journal “Inside” of the suspect's physical and mental state, Shefkiu has said he is shocked and lost in time and space.

It's like lost in time and space. The basic question is the answer, so he didn't even know what school he was doing, he gave this basic information very difficult”

He and I have decided together not to oppose the measure of detention, where we have expressed readiness not to object to this measure that we are willing to remain in custody in order to clear the case as soon as possible, and as a sign of humanity we have not rejected this measure” it declared.

We remember that during Sunday, an 18-year-old girl was sent to Ferizaj Hospital's emergency.

The co-ordinator in the 18-year-old murder, Arber Sejdiu, had held only two months' home arrest for another assassination attempt.

According to Ferizaj's Prosecutor, Arben Sejdiu was present at the scene where 18 years of life passed, but the same had taken no action.
