The KJK says they have submitted a request to the computer authority to examine the eventual negligence regarding the review of the case against Dardan Krivaqas, Express reports.
Kosovo Judiciary Council ( KDP, announces public opinion that it has accepted the announcement of the Foundation Court in Ferizaj concerning the cases of the A.S. and D.K. and has collected more data from the criminal Efficiency electronic system. After accepting these data, the KDK in consultation with Council members has assessed and analysed this data, by which he has submitted requests to the competent authority to examine the eventual neglect regarding the review of this case by the tribunal and relevant judges”, it is said at the KDR report.
If it is confirmed there has been negligence, which has enabled Dardan Krevaquis to be free and commit murder, KDK says the disciplinary procedure must be initiated. This body vows to take all necessary measures in this matter.
The “related to this case, if appropriate court neglect is found, then competent authority should initiate disciplinary procedure. The KPS, vows that it will take all necessary measures to address and address the issue to the end in question and that if it is found to have concessions or neglect, then measures will be taken against all responsible officials according to the relevant disciplinary procedure”, the report says.
