Kicmari calls the download from the COST Board illegal and biased: I'll give up

Gjldane Kicmari is convinced that the 68 deputies of the Kosovo Parliament have acted illegally and consistently when they voted for its dismissal by the KOST Board.

Kicmari in an interview for Online Economics has clarified that the Law for Prevention of Conflict of Interest has enabled him to maintain the position of board member at COST and position in the Kosovo Civil Aviation Authority.

She even says the justice ministry and the Anti-corruption Agency have found that she can hold both positions.

I consider the Parliament's decision to be an illegal and biased decision. It's an illegal decision, because the Law for the Prevention of Conflict of Interest allows me to exercise two positions, not only the law, but also the opinion of the Ministry of Justice that refers to Article 13 paragraph 2 as well as the AKK has made an opinion on my case and considered that I have the right to hold two positions, directors in the internal audit unit at ASHNN and members of the Board of Directors at KOSTOST851>.

It says further that the appointment at Bord has been made with public competitions and the candidate with the maximum number of points.
