Over 10 million Euros resulted in gross profits during the 1920s and 2019 company derivatives “Ex Fis”, from the monopoly for carozine supplies at the airport, is enabling the Turkish company LIMAK, which has Pristina International Airport in concession. Millions of euros from this monopoly are benefiting LIMAK itself, which is taxing the derivative company for every litre sold at the airport, much more than the deal the LIMAK has with the state of Kosovo for the concession of the airport “Adem Jashari” and contrary to the regulation of the Kosovo Civil Aviation Authority. The state has been silent to this monopoly for years. The same is happening now. While Kosovars are all costing them the highest flying ticket prices, compared to each country in the region, because the caroline is almost the main cost of a flight for avian-Flight companies.

10 cents more from selling any carcinite to aviokopany, turns out to have benefited LIMAK from “Ex Fis”, between 2018 and 2019. All this contrary to the Public Private Partnership Agreement at Pristina Airport (PPP), which envisions that LIMAK-Aeroport will benefit only 2 cents as the fee to the operator offering fuel supply services.

The airport, run by the Turkish company LIMAK, has benefited from 12 cents from the sale of each carozina license, reports Gazeta Online Reporter.net's findings. Moreover, the company “Ex Fis”, which sells the carize to avio-compani operating at Pristina Airport for years with monopolies. If he's been given a monopoly with regulations by 2018, from this year based on regulations no. 4/2011, complete with regulations no. 5/2019 of AAK, LIMAK is obliged by the state to liberalise the market, which has not happened.

Figures found in research show that this monopoly is benefiting millions a year from both companies in question.

Kosovo derivative company, “Ex Fis”, it turns out that during 2018 alone, he had sold 19,25,879 liters of terries at Pristina Airport. Until, a year later, the sale of carozine liters went to 21,982,661. Converted to money, found official data that gross profit of “Ex Fis” for services/operies within Pristina Airport resulted in over 5.7 million euros in 2019. Until, a year later in 2019, over 6.1m Euros were declared grossly profited by surgery alone at Pristina Airport.

E LIMAK through the 12 cents litre fee, contrary to the Kosovo Government Agreement on Conception of Airport “Adem Jashari” and AAC regulation, from the “monopoly Ex Fis” took advantage of less than 2.3 million euros in 2018, and more than 2.6 million euros a year later, in 2019 when the flow of travelers rose at Pristina International Airport.

Cherozine supply monopoly at Pristina Airport

Over 2.1 million travelers, according to official data, attended Pristina Airport in 2018. In percentage, 14.61 more than in the preceding year, 2017. Growth for 9.6% more travelers at the “Adem Jashari” resulted in 2019. Translations into numbers, over 2.3 million total travelers throughout the year.

Passing the invitation from over 2 million travellers annually at Pristina Airport led the Kosovo Civil Aviation Authority to complete and change regulation No. 42021 access to land service market at the airport.

By regulation 5/2019, signed on August 14, 2019, the market of economic operators meeting technical, financial and security conditions for providing services at Aeroport was liberalised.

“International Airport “Adem Jashari” has already passed the 2ml threshold. Travelers and By Rules No. 4/2011, complete and changed with regulation no. 5/2019, and the requirements of the European Union, have entered the middle of airports to which more economic operators should operate for service delivery for all categories of services dealing with treatment of travelers, goods and shipments and planes”, it was said in the August 2019 announcement.

However, this regulation was never implemented by LIMAK, the Turkish company that has Pristina International Airport in concession.

Gazeta Online Reporter.net, during research into the boycott monopoly at the airport, at least two derivative companies in Kosovo have expressed concerns and obstacles to market liberalisation for offering this service to the ANP. Various claims about this monopoly have even been filed, but not included in the research.

But, it has been the Civil Aviation Authority of Kosovo itself, as the regulatory body supervised by the Ministry of Infrastructure, which in some different cases, has declassified that “Ex Fis” has a monopoly on the carozine supply at Pristina Airport, enabled by the LIMAK itself, contrary to the regulation implemented by them in 2019.

As a result, Early this year, AAC also issued a decision on access to land services market at Pristina International Airport, for the liberalisation of this market, based on the directive in '96/67 / EC is transposed to legal order through AAC Ruler No. 4/2011 Changed and Complete with Rule 5/2019.

Like, even the regulation itself, the AAC's decision was never carried out until today.

“Ex Fis” and “LIMAK”, until the publication of the investigation, has not responded to the interest of Online Journal {Reporter.net about this monopoly, ignoring the e-mailed questions twice in the past week.

Silent towards this monopoly so far are the Government of Kosovo and the Ministry of Infrastructure, despite the newspaper's insistence on getting clarifications through questions sent several times by email, during the week we left behind.

About this monopoly, at least once officially it turns out to have been announced directly to Minister of Infrastructure, June 2020, which was then held by former minister Arba Abashi. Currently, this minister is headed by Minister Lieburn Aliu, of Prime Minister Kurti's party.

Locust Monopoly and 12 cents of every LIMAK liter that is paying dearly for passenger pockets

The tragic accident in Croatia, with 10 Kosovo exiles dead at Slovanski Brod, while traveling by bus from Germany to Kosovo, has again turned attention to high flight ticket prices through Pristina Airport.

Tickets for flights from Pristina Airport, compared to other airports in the region, are evidently higher.

And that's exactly what the Kerozin monopoly that LIMAK has given the company Registered “ owned by a businessman named Jesus Muharrem According to the Kosovo Civil Aviation Authority, it is causing high ticket prices offering aviokopanies.

The main cost of a flight is to be the derivative supply, respectively.

Tarifa 12 cents in litres applied by Airport for company “Ex Fis”, which is enabling the monopoly, directly affects the increase in the price at which avio-company buys the carozine from the only company eligible to sell derivatives at Aeroport.

Consequently, the cost of this is ultimately paid by travelers through the region's most expensive flight tickets.

Bujar Ejupi, director of AACK, had sent a letter to the PPP Committee on July 27, 2020, where he has expressed concerns about monopilon in supply with Kerozia and the 600% higher fee applied by LIMAK for every cent of the Kerozine that “Ex Fis” sells at Pristina Airport.

The agreement between LIMAK and the Government of Kosovo for the concession of Pristina Airport envisions that the tariff in question applied by the Turkish company is 02 cents per litre, while in practice it applies 12 cents.

However, neither AAK last week has responded to Gazeta Online reporter.nets for additional clarifications about their concerns and claims filed for years for monopoly of carozine and the application of a 12-center fee from LIMAK for each litre of it, contrary to the agreement the Turkish company has with the state of Kosovo.

The government completely silent in the face of this monopoly

Kosovo from March of this year has a government that openly has “declared war” any monopoly in the country. At least yes, how many current prime ministers and his party have been in opposition.

Honoring the actions of the first 100-day government with Prime Minister Albin Kurti has been the break-up of the counterpart's monopoly as a previous pledge by him and the Vetevendosje Movement.

However, the government of Kosovo is silent, at least in the face of interest éporter.net) in connection with the Kerozina monopoly.

The Kosovo prime minister's office has returned no response to a series of questions and calls for clarification on the monopoly of the derivative company “Ex Fis” at the airport and the LIMAK fee against it in opposition to the Turkish company's agreement with the Kosovo state.

The newspaper's answers and clarifications in questions have not even been given to the Ministry of Infrastructure, despite monopolies and the application of the 600% higher fee for each litre of carozine sold at Pristina International Airport, has been denounced repeatedly alarmed by the Kosovo Civil Aviation Authority, which is monitored by this minister.

Even the AAC itself has been silent this time in the interest of Online Journal.net, as well as LIMAK and the derivative company “Ex Fis”, which has also not received an answer to the newspaper's questions.
