A KED team was attacked yesterday in Prizren while performing official duty. As a result, one of our workers has received body damage. The one behind the medical treatment is recovering at home.

Kosovo police are dealing with the case.

The KDS strongly condemns this move, while we as a company are expected by the bodies of gravity and justice to carry out their work and those who do such actions to receive due punishment.

Such cases that present major obstacles in carrying out tasks for our workers who have a mission to supply electricity to the citizens of the country.

Each of our employees is committed to carrying out his official duties, while we expect all the bonds of society to facilitate their work, to cooperate with all related issues when the vital importance of the supply of electricity to the people is known, especially the Kosovo economy.

So, KEDS requires every consumer to carry out his duties and obligations, so that the system is not affected, but to advance as a common good. This is the only way through which we can move forward. Such cases present only difficulties, so they can't repeat themselves anymore.
