KED announcement for intervention in Raji Surroi Hall in Prizren

KEDS reports that in Raji Surroi Hall in Prizren, where the population's vaccination is taking place, electricity has been halted after underground cables have been damaged by a Prizren municipality contractor.

KED's teams have immediately appeared at the scene, dug the hole, and are tracking the problem.

KEDS calls on all the top parties to be more responsible, to take advance maps of the underground network extension where they intervene in infrastructure, especially in cities, as this is affecting citizens.

The appearance of such cases is unacceptable, since the actions of those contractors have directly hampered the population's vaccine process, which is vital these days.

KEDS urges all institutions to make stricter supervision of their contractors so that these cases will not occur again.

Electricity will return to the center at the shortest possible time.
