The incident was reported to have occurred in 03.08,2021 at a local in Ferizaj.
Following some investigative actions in consultation with the competent IPK prosecutor over the case, a police official (worker at Ferizaj Police Station) who was involved in the incident was arrested yesterday.
His arrest was made on suspicion that the same was committed by “mishandled during the exercise of official task”, while the same prosecutor's decision was imposed on the detention measure for 48 hours.
IPK investigators are expected to take other investigative actions in ongoing consultation with the prosecutor responsible to clarify the circumstances of this incident.
