In the audio-witness of the Inseder, journalist Visar Duriqi is heard rejecting the money offered by Halit Sahitaj at a meeting they had just before the documentary from Insider was broadcast on Sahiti's connections with Russian agents.
According to the UN, the entire meeting between journalist Duriqi and Halitaj was recorded and monitored by intelligence people who witnessed Halitaj's suspicious activity.
