Her clinical situation during this time was severe. She said she was expecting a vaccine when she was infected with COVID-19.

Now she calls for vaculation.

I appeal to everyone to be vaccinated because it's too big a risk without a vaccine. I've been on therapy for 12 days. Yesterday I recovered because I was in a very serious state of”, she says.

Even Fazli Yashari of Podujevo is lying at the Infectious Clinic for two weeks. He also said he was waiting to be vaccinated.

His symptoms, he relates, were very serious.

I had a big fever and I was very tired. I've been really bad. I didn't believe he'd get away with his illness. Whoever knows, like me who tried the virus, takes the vaccine and protects the family. I go home today, even those who can be vaccinated, I'll get nothing without asking, and I'll send them to vaccinate”, he says.

Infectious individuals in the Infectious Clinic are cared for in addition to medical teams.

Hot lives looking after his mother who's pretending to be an Infectious Clinic. Live, who is in Canada with residence, is vaccinated, but says his family in Kosovo have been reluctant to be vaccinated.

The “are not vaccinated that one is saying one lie and now everyone is trusting it. But nobody knows what that vaccine is. That vaccine is for our protection. In a word, don't listen to others, but vaccinate”, he says.

Hospitals Loaded

In Kosovo, the situation with COVIED-19 is heavy, and almost all new cases are of Option Delta, which is a more contagious variant than the initial version of the coronavirus.

On 19 August, Kosovo registered record numbers of new cases -- 2,236 infections within one day.

Increasing the number of cases of coronavirus has also begun loading hospitals that treat the infected. On August 19th, the number of patients pretending to be COVID-19 in these hospitals is 527 patients.

At the Infectious Clinic in Pristina on 19 August, there was no free bed.

Infectologist Izet Sadiku has reported on Radio Free Europe, that of the 110 patients being treated at the Infectious Clinic, about 90 percent of them are in oxygen-rapy, and most are unexplored.

It's a short time since this last wave started, but our impressions are that for this short time, clinical forms are heavier than they were in other stages. So we're appealing to people to respect the measures, keep the distance, don't gather unnecessarily. And at the same time, the opportunity to vaccinate as much as possible because the vaccine is the primary means of preventing disease”, Sadiku said.

According to American experts, vaccine against COVID-19 reduces the likelihood that vaccinated persons will be infected with coronavrus, but those infected with Delta after the vaccine tend to spread the virus like unexcused persons. Also, the vaccinated persons infected with the virus have milder symptoms of the disease and more quickly pass it.

By 19 August, Kosovo has administered over 644 thousand vaccines. And the total vaccines are over 221,000.

Due to the deterioration of the situation, new restrictive measures against pandemic take effect in Kosovo from 20 August. /rel
