On the other hand, the United States has begun to evacuate diplomats from their helicopter embassy.
American officials said diplomats were being transported to the airport to leave the country. It is also suggested that soldiers are being sent to enable evacuation of as many citizens as possible and to avoid any tragedy.

President Ashraf Ghan's government appears to be in its last days and is expected to resign. A Taliban official told Reuters that the group wanted no casualties, so it has called for surrender and ceasefire.
