Ibishi: Institutions don't close in news, communicate with the EU about the situation in the north

Local security expert Nuredin Ibishi has said in an interview for Online Economy that after the start of construction of a university under the financing of the Government of Serbia in the northern part of Mitrovica, little has reacted.

According to Ibishi, building this university has specific goals on the part of Serbs so Kosovo should seek help from the international community.

Ibishi has asked Kosovo institutions not to shut down in “to communicate with strategic partners, and if constructions in northern Mitrovica are being done without respect for procedures, they are interrupted.

Ibishi has considered that the arrival of Afghans to Kosovo is a burden both financially and security.

When we talk about a serious situation in Kosovo, when we are in a very critical phase of facing health security, with the growing trend of pandemic showing alarming numbers, this is an additional burden -- namely, the arrival of Afghans, both in the logistics of their deployment but also in financial and security.
