Mussli Gucati, who is the son of former head of the Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans Organisation, Hysni Gucatit, who has been held at The Hague's Pre-price Centre since 25 September last year, has said that with their father they contact almost every day via telephone or Zoom platform.

Gucati says that conversations in Zoo can last up to 45 minutes, but that telephone expenses must cover the detainees themselves.

We've had multiple conversations with Dad, through the Zoom somewhere until 45 minutes we can talk. As far as I know they don't have access to the Internet, but they can call us over the phone, but their phone expenses cover their pre-burger”, Gucati said, Clankosova.tv reports.

Furthermore, he says that the conditions of the former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders at The Hague's Centre for Pre- Jailing are good and that they have sports space and books, while suggesting they can stay together but that bedrooms are divided.

“They are able to stick together and get along well as they are the main people of the KLA. The rooms are single and each has its own sleep space”, he said.

But, in terms of refusing visas for Gucati's family to make a visit to The Hague's Pre- Hamp Centre, he says the Kosovo government had to send protest marks to Dutch authorities.

“As far as the Justice Ministry is concerned, it has tried to do its job, but it is surprising to me how the Government of Kosovo and the MPJ have not sent protest marks to Dutch authorities for the fact that their citizens have been denied visas to see their family. Albin Kurti is the first state to protect his citizens and that would help us in this matter”, Gucati has indicated.
