All that happened in the first appearance of Dardan Krivaqa at the Court

Wednesday morning's Foundation Court of Ferizaj found it surrounded by special units of the Kosovo Police.

The main suspect in the 18-year-old Marigona Osmani assassination, Dardan Krivaqa, was brought in.

This, following a request the Founding Prosecutor made for the quickest detention capacity of the 29-year-old.

According to the prosecutor's reasoning, Krivaqa had to stay in custody for 30 days because the same danger is to flee, repeat criminal action, or obstruct criminal procedure.

A few minutes after the opening of the closed session on the Krivasa, an ambulance arrived at the Court.

The same came to address the suspect in the 18-year-old murder, who as Television taught did not feel well.

After all, the session continued for a few more minutes with Dardan Krevaqah in attendance.

Krivaq lawyer Admir Salihu told television behind the camera that his client did not say a word before the judge.

And once completed, in addition to the Kosovo Police Forces, the same left the basement of the Ferizaj Foundation Court, in the direction of the Police Station, where it will await the verdict.

The main suspects in the 18-year-old murder had to wait several hours to get the verdict.

This verdict was handed down by the court's preliminary procedure judge at Ferizaj, in which the prosecution's request for the 30-day detention measure was approved.

Meanwhile, some of the actions and other suspects, Arben Sejdiu, are also disclosed.

As stated in the ruling, the latter has directly contributed to the murder of Marigona Osman, since all the time, he has been at the scene.

Meanwhile, until the hearings were held, numerous citizens living close to the tribunal's facility expressed interest in seeing what was happening to Krivaqa.
