Gucati's son for the visit to The Hague: Visa rejection has been futile

Musli Gucati, son of former head of the Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans Organisation Hysni Gucati, has spoken about the rejection of the visa by Dutch authorities to visit the Pre- Hamil Centre in The Hague, where the former head of this organisation is being held. Musli Gucati has said that the request to visit The Hague to [...]

Musli Gucati has said that visit to The Hague to Hysni Gucati was made a month ago through his father's protective side, and all documents have been delivered in time to Dutch authorities.

The Paradition Centre has accepted the request of our visit on August 4th and 5th, but surprisingly the Dutch authorities have rejected the request as not having enough funds to visit”, Gucati has indicated in “Info Magazine” in Klan Kosova.

On the other hand, the son of former KLA OVL leader says that neither the Hague's pre-trial centre has done anything in that direction, as he said it should have put pressure on the Dutch authorities because the purpose of the visit has been to visit their parent rather than to travel there.

The only answer we got from the Pre-prisonment Centre was that it's the Dutch authorities who decide on visas”, Musli Gucati has indicated.

Furthermore, he makes it known that the interest in tickets and stay at the hotel has paid the Ministry of Law as he says that we accounts when applying for visas have had enough financial means.

We've had about 2-3 000 euros and the Ministry of Justice paid the tickets and the hotel”.

It's a futile excuse for what the Dutch authorities have given us and all have been paid for, and we've had enough tools, and those being held in The Hague are being deprived of the right to visit by family”, he said.
