Italian media suggest the event took place yesterday afternoon in the Garibaldi area of Certaldo.
The 28-year-old Italian from the Siena area stabbed the 35-year-old Albanian in front of the girl.
They were both invited to the festival held in her home, but in the debate, they have clashed with each other, reaching to the point of using the knife.
