The Gastronom Association yesterday has held a meeting with Health Minister Arben Vitita to discuss new measures the government will take in the fight against COVID-19.
Arian Vranica of the Gastronomous Association said that the associations themselves gathered for this day as to whether they should comply with the measures or not.
We had a meeting yesterday with the minister for the modalities that could be undertaken, and today we discussed the Assembly of the Kosovo Gastronomous Association, where we had an compatibility with the pandemic situation, which has flooded hospitals and deaths from the virus, which express concern for us”, Vranica said in Info Magazine.
On the other hand, Vranica said Gastronomia would have a problem managing, following new measures, and called on the government and Finance Minister Iron Murati to support businesses affected by the measures.
“As far as the interests of gastronomia, economic needs and as far as we can face, we have needed to enable a financial agreement or some of the fiscal policies”.
Vranica called on the government to address this issue as extraordinary and priority.
“We cannot afford this closure, given operational spending, or paying rent workers”, he said.
