Fires, Osmani: Kosovo is our home, we must preserve the lives of our people

It has called on all citizens in a Facebook post to help institutions at the time when the latter are working to reduce the consequences of fires and simultaneously mobilize to conservation, since the lives of citizens are preserved.

“Hallumulers' dilemma is considered a major cause of fires, and citizens must refrain from such actions, which cause general danger. Kosovo is our home, so we must all mobilise to preserve the environment and preserve the lives of our people”, Osmani wrote.

Dear citizens,

At a time when extreme temperatures have swept through our country, the risk of fires has increased in excess. For several days in several Kosovo regions, the situation has been heavy with fires, and this danger has not yet passed.

The country's institutions with full capacity are trying to reduce the consequences from fires, but this effort necessarily requires support of citizens. Firefighters, members of the Kosovo Security Force, members of the Kosovo Police, supported by KFOR, are doing their best, but we all have the responsibility to increase the care of reducing the risk of extending fires.

Hamulous burning is considered one of the main causes of fires, so citizens must refrain from such actions that cause general danger.

Kosovo is our home, so we all have to mobilise to preserve the environment and preserve the lives of our people.
