New Finnish State Rules for Unexplored Kosovars

The decision was made Thursday, after the government of Finland decided to change restrictive measures for travellers coming from countries outside the EU and the Schengen area, based on the level of infection, writes Schengenvisinfo, broadcast the Express newspaper.
The August 5th 2021 decision has been amended so that entry restrictions are returned to Kosovo residents who come to Finland from Kosovo and residents of northern Macedonia who arrive in Finland from Northern Macedonia”, the Finland Ministry of Interior press release said.
Under the new decision, Kosovo and Northern Macedonia travellers, who are not vaccinated against Covid-19, can enter Finland only if:
- They're returning to Finland.
- Are returning to other EU states or Schengen area
- They're passing trans
-For other purposes of entry, located on a list of fundamental goals by Finnish authorities
Last week, Finland banned the entry of independent persons coming from Serbia, Azerbaijan, Japan, South Korea, Moldova and Singapore.
