Ferizaj Court Explains the communique, where it announced the motives of 18-year-old murder

In the released communiqué, Ferizaj's Foundation Court had cited allegations of the 18-year-old murder motive at Ferizaj.

In regard to this communiqué, there have been numerous reactions to the fact that the motives of the assassination and other details about the first doubts about the 18-year-old assassination's motives.

In response, Ferizaj's Foundation Court says the distribution of information on the motives of the 18-year-old murder has given it in an effort to provide as much information as possible on the case.

“Foundation Court in Ferizaj, in an attempt to provide as much information as possible regarding the extent of the detention measure, against one of the suspects in the 18-year murder, has also mentioned the motives of the murder that were issued by the Constitutional Prosecutor's request at Ferizaj and the subject file, under which the judge's decision of the preliminary procedure for the detention measure against suspect A. S.”, says the reaction of the Ferizaj Foundation Court.

In response, Ferizaj's Foundation Court says it will ensure that the whole process will be fair and transparent.

The Gjykata respects the principle of presumption of innocence and ensures the fair, impartial and transparent process of this case until the decision takes a cut form” is said at the end of the response.
