L.G. Suspected of criminal acts “attempted destruction”, and “Use of dangerous weapons or tool”.
“Procuroria reports that the case occurred on August 06th 2021, in the municipality of Rahoveci, right next to their common home, where defendant L.G., under the influence of alcohol, deliberately attempted to deprive his son of life of being injured by A.G. The prosecution suggests that the competent court has approved the request for the appointment of the detention measure against the suspects.
