Faithful Tahiri introduces: Llap Free Economic Zone Project

Tahiri has written that an effective governance, besides administrative aspects, is largely measured, at what level the inclusion and ownership of citizens in policymaking and decision making.

Dear citizens,

An efficient government, in addition to administrative aspects, is generally measured, at what level is the inclusion and ownership of citizens in policymaking and decision making. At the same time, as well as effectively, the municipality communicates with the performers (citizens, businesses, groups in need and so forth).

For this, in 15 days, we are consulting the programme to receive comments, criticism, but also ideas, in order to synthesize the team's professional experience, information from the public, above all, to be in harmony with expectations, concerns and demands of citizens.

Under the development program for the 2025 Podujevo, two key dimensions are envisioned:

O area development;

O and sector.

This time we're just stopping at the area development, which envisions two key approaches:

O first, it's police development linear; and

Or second, linear (construction directions)

With police development, we target more centers that transmit and distribute development in certain areas of Podujevo.

With that linear, the connection to key roads, whether it's magical or the specific areas that connect with other areas to municipalities, or the regions.

If it started in police development, where we shared some centers that are developmental bases:

First, Livadica/Merdar for Free Economic Zone;

O second, it is the city (growth approach);

O third, it is Lluuzan.

O fourth, it's about Orlain; and

O fifth, it's about Kroomeh.

LEVADICS AND PLAYERS MERCDAR

In Livadica and Merdar, the area plan and development plan envision these actions:

Industrial and Economic Area;

O production and processing products;

O Center of Fairs and Businesses;

O association with regional markets;

O connection to regional and European roads and markets.

Podujevo is a crossroads, but it is also an opportunity to return to the key center for development, business, and production. It enables connection with roads, key highways, but also with the region and Europe.

All roads that lead to the ties of countries in the region but also Europe go through Podujevo.

Free economic zone;

We will urgently address the procedural aspect of 37 hectares of property return for the Livadica/Merdar industrial zone and other properties, but also the Government to speed up steps that are at least legalally:

O Gjakova?

O Prizren;

O Mitrovica

Or make Podujevo a free economic zone.

This is as the main precondition in the steps and long-term projections awaiting us.

In the short term at the helm of the municipality, as they have done with the demand for transfer of property from companies to municipal property:

Or I will urgently treat the free economic zone in Livadica to turn it into the main production center, the product processing center.

So, since we're connected, we have access to big markets, we have access to international markets:

O Production;

O First Subject and

O Plasman their much easier through a key point.

This is a mission, but we have a dream, not just me, but in all encounters with local businessmen working in different areas, in different municipalities, we will make great efforts to get Podujevo and Merdaren back to the largest center:

O Economics;

O Producer/Cooperative; and

O exhibitor.

Throughout the region, for all municipalities but even wider, we will have key factories:

O processing of products;

Or the production of merchandise that shall be broken up in the markets;

O mall sales and market product exposure.
