It is still not clear what caused this explosion, but a Health Ministry official told the BBC that a missile has hit a house.
Social networks have published photos of black smoke leaving a building. There you see people trying to put out the fires.
Still no reports of victims, but according to images published in social media, the building that has been hit has suffered serious damage.
On Saturday, August 28th, American President Joe Biden warned of a new attack on Kabul, saying this attack could take place closer Sunday.
Reports of explosions during March 29th come after a suicide bombing left some 270 people dead in Kabul, including 13 American soldiers.
The blast took place on August 26th outside Kabul Airport, where American forces are continuing the evacuation mission.
The branch in Afghanistan of the militant Islamic State group took responsibility for this attack.
The United States avenged the attack by killing two members of this group. / REL
