The suspect, civil state official in the Ferizaj municipality, allegedly recorded a person-citizen with non-resistant initials in the motherbook electronic system.
The suspect's “With this move, has ignored the legal procedures and administrative guidelines of a person's initial registration into the civil electronic system. The suspect with his move, allegedly consumed two criminal acts -- misused his official duty and falsified the official document”, police report.
After interviewing by police investigators, in the presence of his defence attorney, with the State Prosecutor's decision, the suspects were assigned the detention measure for 48 hours.
