The DHKEK, after accepting initial information, has taken investigative action and secured evidence that the high-ranking suspect has recorded a foreign citizen in the civil state electronic system ignoring the legal procedures of a person's initial registration into the civil electronic system.
“The suspect has misused his official task, proving it, recorded the document with false data”, police report.
The foreign subx0.> Person was registered in the civil situation electronic system in the PajKK illegally, as if he is a citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, in this case he has managed to access ID documents (in the form, identification and driver's license)”, the statement says.
Suspect H.G. He's been interviewed in the presence of his defense attorney with the State Attorney's decision being sent to the hold for 48 hours.
