According to the SHKK report, the deceased had several diseases, and his health condition was constantly deteriorating.
According to the announcement, he had recently been vaccinated with two doses of the vaccine against ovid-19, while in treatment for hemodialis.
He died today at Pec Hospital.

A Prisoner Dies at Pec Regional Hospital
Kosovo's Correcting Service, announces the public opinion that today around 10:50 at Pec Regional Hospital, prisoner R has passed away. Year of birth 1937.
The prisoner has been lying in the prison station all the time as a result of chronic heart disease, lungs, neurologic disease, prostate, and throat failure, disease that came to prison early in 2018.
As a result of his illness and age, his condition has been steadily deteriorating, while today, before leaving for hehemodialsis, his condition has not been stable, with the doctor's order of the caregiver, he has urgently been sent to the SP of Pec, under observation of medical staff and ambulances.
The same is one of the cases for which the sentence on health grounds was required, but this request has not been approved.
During this period, both vaccines have been vaccinated CO VID-19.
Despite continued efforts by staff in prison, during transportation and even at the Regional Hospital in Pec, the prisoner has passed away.
The competent organs are conducting legal procedures.
