Since 2015 until now, six (6), the indictment has been set up against Ardian Xhaferi, also known as the friendie, member of the music group AtjeE7), has made Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor for “the Justice Act” known.
Meanwhile, Ardian Xhaferi, on a television show, is proud to have two attempted murders, 27 counts of illegal weapons and other charges including theft and drug possession.
“63-64 are active. Starting with guilt, attempted murder, theft, drug theft, illegal possession. All possible types that exist in the Kosovo Penal Code” have said Xhaferi, when asked what is followed by investigative organs.
“I have two attempted suicides and 27 illegal possession weapons”, Xhaferi added, in an interview nine months ago, for John Black with Meriton Medic.
But, according to the Prosecutor in Gjilan, Xhaferi has an indictment for the criminal act: “Equipment and general risk cause. Two other charges, one for blerne, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope or analogue, and another for unauthorized narcotics possession “”.
According to the prosecution, “The Mike” also has an indictment for the criminal work of service, an indictment for the criminal work, as well as an indictment for the criminal work of Canosja.
The “Justice Trust” has sent questions to the Foundation Court in Gjilan on August 11th to get information about where Xhaferi's subjects are located. Neither has Kosovo Police provided information on what criminal acts Xhaferi is investigated with the reasoning that these data are protected by law.
The Justice Vow has asked other Founding Prosecutors, Pristina, Pec, Gjakova Ferizaj and Prizren if the same is brought up outside of Gjilan. By Pristina's prosecution, Prizren and Ferizaj have said they do not have any criminal or indictment against Xhaferi.
For the leader of the group É7' in the media, it was reported that the same in 2012 had been sentenced to 1 year and 8 months in prison for the attempted crime “serious suicide” and “possession, control, possession or unauthorized use of weapons” by the District Court in Gjilan.
Even three years earlier, Gnjilan's Constitutional Court had assigned Xhaferi the detention measure for three months after being suspected of ax attack and knifeing a man in Gjilan.
