Dardan Krivaqa lawyer: Didn't oppose detention, doctors said the session could continue

Admir Salihu, lawyer of the main accused of the 18-year-old M.O. macabre murder, Dardan Krivaqa, has told Gazeta Express that his client has spoken nothing in today's appearance before the Foundation Court in Ferizaj about appointing custody of him.
While awaiting the court's decision on the detention assignment, Salihu said his client has not spoken to him or authorized the lawyer to speak on his behalf.
“Ende is awaiting the court's decision to set the detention measure. My client didn't say anything. He didn't talk to me either. At this stage he has been quietly protected. He never spoke. He didn't give me permission to talk about it either. He used the right to defend himself silently”, Salihu told Express.
He indicated that Dardan Krivaqa has not opposed the appointment of the detention measure against him.

Regarding Dardan Krivaqi's poor state of health, due to which it was reported that the session was interrupted for several minutes, attorney Admir Salihu said doctors have found that the session could continue. He said he did not know what health problems his client had.
His health situation was that bad, but doctors found that he could continue the hearings. I don't know (what problems there were), of course emotional. There may be a medical report that will be done, but the court gets it”, attorney Salihu said.
Dardan Krivaqa was sent today for the first time to the Foundation Court in Ferizaj, where hearings were held for the appointment of the detention measure against him. He was arrested yesterday in the village of Dardani on Ferizaj and was sent in chains to this town's police station, shortly after a protest was held nearby against the neglect of institutions in dealing with cases of violence and women's murders.
18-year-old M.O. on Sunday she was sent and left dead in Ferizaj's emergency. It was taken there by Dardan Krivaqa, who was married to her, and by Arber Sejdiu, who was arrested that very day. To Arber Sejdiu, the court has already appointed the 30-day detention measure.
