Through a Facebook response, Rukiqi said the police hour and restrictions are not a solution until he rejected the country's closure.
“Today, the struggle with pandemic has other weapons available: mass inoculation combined with social distance measures. The curfew and time restrictions are not the solution”, he said.
Rukiqi asked that those who are not vaccinated be punished, and businesses do not pay the damage of irresponsibles who are not being vaccinated.
“Ricts with fatality and hospitals are from categories that are not being vaccinated. We can't keep paying the damage of irresponsibles who are not being vaccinated and inconsistent in managing pandemic. Severe restrictions must be implemented, but in this case, for those who are not being vaccinated. #Nolockdown”, he wrote.
According to the Hotelier and Tourism House, these are some of the measures to be taken:
• The working hour will be reduced by 22:30 to 21:30;
• Gastronomia will function only with outer spaces, and only 70% of space;
• Gastronomy shopping malls won't work at all;
• Wedding Halls, nightclubs, cinemas and others will continue to be completely closed;
• Indoor seminars and conferences can only be held up to 30;
• The curfew will be between 10:00 and 5:00 in the morning.
