Corruption charges confirmed against former Ministry of Infrastructure Secretary and three other officials

According to the accuser act, with the decision issued by Recica on June 11th 2019, MI officials, Hysen Merovci had compensated for 800 euros, while Ardian Begaj, worth 600 euros, retroactively since June 7th 2018, with what cases these two officials obtained against the legal amount of 8,838 euros, and for that the budget of the Republic of Kosovo was damaged.

While the indictment says that with the decision issued by Recica on August 14th 2019, against MI Hysen Merovci and Ardian Begaj's two officials since the month of May 2010, having been employed and for Begaj since the beginning of 2010, when he has also been employed, damaging the Kosovo Republic's budget to many of the 6,500 euros.

Always according to the prosecution, accused Berisha, Limani and Emini, had declared the winner of the Lot IV (four) Economic Operator “2A GROUP” & “A LCO IMPEX” & “EX-FIX” & “2T”, which had offered at the price of 8,700,127.36 euros, not the Economic Operator, PEVLAK & “B A SE JOOS CRASNICI” who had offered at the price of 7,784,756.72 euros, which was lowest for 915,370.64 euros, then for Lot VI (giasual) declared winner “KAG ASPHALT & BENI COM” not Economic Operator “SA LAHU”, who had offered sufficient consistent evidence of DT requests and contract announcement.

Also, for the high-ranking Lot VII (seven) indictees declared the winner “A L T RADE KPS” & “S A LOLICE” that had offered at the 7,247,086.87 euro, not Economic Operator “KAG ASPHALT” & “BENNI COM” that had offered at the price of 6,147,674.16 euros, which was lowest for 1,099,412,71 euros, then for Lot V III (th) announced economic operator <x8 winner > NOOS CRASICE & PEVLAK” offered at the price of 11,913,157,91 Euro, not the Economic Operator “RSM COMPANY” & “B ENITA COMPANY”, which had offered at the price of 11,571,113,42 euros, which was lower for 342,044.49 euros, so that the total profit of economic operators was 88,618,511.95 euros, from which many of the budgets of the Republic of Kosovo were damaged for 6,,200,313 euros.

With these actions, The PSRK charges accused Isa Berisha, Leonora Limani and Mirdi Emini that, in co-operation, they have committed criminal work Misuse of duty or official authority by Article 422 par.1 concerning KKP Article 31.
