Vetevendosje Movement Activist Ramadan Beshiri has indicated revolting with the process of candidacy for Mitrovica chairman and in the special emphasis “Kurti's transparency to reform the Vetevendosje branch in Mitrovica”.

Beshiri through a public letter said Kurti has been informed in detail of any irregularities, of local misgovernance that has emerged from the Self-Determination Cards to extremely confidential information on immorality.

Your Honor. Kurti,
Dear citizens,
I am writing to pay a moral debt to my family first, to myself, to the citizens of Mitrovica who have not rarely been bothered with the obvious activism, public appearances, invitations to protests, writings of publication on social networks, well thought together, and by the noble features of my character I have unwittingly offended any good citizens but with diversity of opinion, so it is human to come to the point of apology.
In politics, caution should be taken because: “The line between being useful to being used is sometimes invisible”. Not a few people have a trick, use it as a ladder to get to the top, and then disappear like the wind.
I wish to be blind to Mr. Albin Kurt, I never had blind love, I have to God, Fatherland, Mother and Dad, and I've always had my support of Albin Kurt's contribution based on argument, if my argument and my criticism cries out.
So today, say the least, through this text, I express civil disobedience, the civic revolt over a process that I think Mr. Chairman. Albin Kurt gave him the wrong epilogue. The word is about the candidacy process for Mitrovica's chairman, and in the special emphasis on “its commitment to reform the branch of Vetevendosje in Mitrovica”, I think it's wrong and insulting to Mitrovica's citizen this non-quilative service for the next four (4) years.
Not often do I hear opinones, formal conversations and media discussions in this spirit:
“Albin has no people in Mitrovica or Vetevendosje does not exist in Mitrovica”, actually at the branch of LVV in Mitrovica we have very well prepared and well-desired men and women, we have science doctors who have never been invited to consult consultative and advisory meetings for certain professional issues that coincide with his academic establishment, we have masquerades that have not been created the smallest space to contribute even with advice, these are just evidence that some quality is not lacking, but that the VVRD branch is shut down at the academic level of state, that we set up a privatisation post, that's in the office.

The number of families that benefit from social schemes is record, corruption is flourishing as never before: tenderomania (business with construction permits), manipulation of education contests, degradation of municipal assets in order to be privatised by relatives of power, etc.), are some of the negative phenomena for which we have written emails directly to Mayor Kurti.
During all this time we have shown understanding, because the dimensionalisation of changes in politics requires time and prudent decisions, but not to be expected to indefinitely because we are not “supermario” with five lives, this situation is not tolerated in Mitrovica, the burden of underestimation is heavy for principled activist. We have sacrificed our lives by silent inter-years in order not to damage the cause of Vetevendosje Movement, we have blindly hoped that radical reform would occur.
With your decision, you have limited the scope of the most devoted activists of the Vetevendosje Movement in Mitrovica.
Mitrovica as a city has not deserved such a treatment, Mr. Albin Kurti even owed our town, because statistics speak of a great wish to his political concept:
In 2017 the first LVV subject in Mitrovica, with 10,346 votes or turning 36,85% percentages. While in 2019 the LV's victory is strongly confirmed by over 11,000 votes, and the most valuable thing is that the voter chose it. Kurt before Mr. Mr. Osmani's girl. If you use that card as reasoning that “we've allowed the spirit of internal democracy to be cultivated, and that's the right form of setting”, you remind me that domestic democracy didn't have in 2017 when you run Mr. Fehmi Ferati for Mayor, who was neither a member of LVV, while under the LVV statute it should be at least a (1) member year, but the rules of democracy were not valid when it is sabotaged from within in those local elections. Even in the election of Branch Speaker in 2016, it had not cultivated internal democracy and the process was imposed from high, these cases show that we are not politically matured as a branch to stand straight and we needed an intensive advice, the LVV delegates in Mitrovica were heavily blackmailed for their vote, and we had a fully manipulated process, which you are well informed of.
To prove that we have not only words, dogma, theoretical criticism, we had missed them and were willing to take political responsibility in behalf of the town of Mitrovica, confirm that you had the powerful alternative within LVV in Mitrovica. I'm going to publish if it's necessary as evidence, all of the draft documents that I'm supposed to do as political acts within local institutions, but because of the circumstances created within the LVV are still inconsistent.
At first I worked and counted twenty-five) the essential needs of Ilirida (former-Tavnik) neighborhood, based on the observational eye and empress analysis combined with personal experience, I've drafted 100 practical and financial points with the title
“Oferta of local governance (2021-2025) based on the municipal development draft (2020-2028) in the format of the local program, then I've been focused on the Strategy for Election Campaign, and another “citizen priorities of Mitrovica”.
Another 30-30th document on the reform plan for the Self-Determination Movement Branch in Mitrovica, through which we would transform our office into a value institution.
I am finally declared to have never met any other political concept except Movement V. I've never met them.
Mayor Kurti, I am your soldier on every national subject, and I strongly believe that you are the torch of our dreams of state-building, highly regarded as good Albanians, but I do not agree with your silent approval of continuing local ill-government in Mitrovica. I do not side with bad decisions, nor do you reason the pressure of the moment or the fear of a possible twist of this harmful decision, so you have built a ditch with a zealous, principled activist.
