A media communiqué has said that citizens have the right to choose which vaccine they will receive from the two types used in the country.
The Health Ministry again informs the country's citizens that those who are vaccinated against COVID-19 have the right to choose the type of vaccine which they will receive from two types of vaccines used in Kosovo as Astra Zeneca and Pfizer BioNTech”, the MSH has said.
On the other hand, the OV says that citizens also have the right to take two different doses of the vaccine.
“also, since mass citizen vaculation has begun COVID-19 (June 2021), citizens are allowed, with the recommendation of the vaccine committee and the combination of vaccines, which means that the first dosage can be obtained by vaccine Astra Zeneca and the second Pfizer and vice versa”, the ministry says.
Anyone's “Declarations, if the combination of vaccines is not allowed in Kosovo, are untrue”, the MSH response reported.
