At a press conference on Tuesday, Cuomo insisted that he is innocent and that he has not touched anyone, but said he is withdrawing from his post for the benefit of the people, so that the government will focus on pandemic rather than other issues.
Andrew. Cuomo will be replaced by Kathy Hochul within two weeks.
