CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi has said that this CEC decision applies to the voter registration process outside Kosovo, but also to voters' identification on election day on 17 October and in the second round of mayoral elections.
Another says that this CEC decision comes by relying on the decision of the Minister of Internal Affairs to extend for six months the usage of IDs for citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
