According to a police report, they are checking whether Kosovo citizens are respecting the measures that are in force, including wearing the mask.

Kosovo police under the operational plan to prevent the COVID-19 pandemic, have engaged police officials in civilian clothing on the ground who will operate at the country level.
The same will take care of the implementation and respect of measures, including the use of masks on the part of citizens, the respect of the measure for self-syolation of people who signed the declaration under oath of self-isolation, and will be present in more frequent environments.
