Other rights violations, including women's restrictions and the recruiting of child soldiers, have also been reported.
The Taliban have practiced a very strict version of Islamic law [the capital] when they led Afghanistan until 2001, reports the BBC, translates Periscopi.
They recaptured the country nine days ago, with the fall of the capital, Kanbul.
Since then, militants have tried to offer a slightly better image, promising rights to women and girls but also freedom of expression.
Thousands of Afghans are still staying gathered at the Kanbul airport, hoping to leave the country until August 31st. That is the last deadline set by US President Joe Biden for American troops to leave Afghanistan.
The United Kingdom, France and Germany have called for postponement of this deadline. /Periscope
