Britain supported plan to force citizens outside the EU to pay to enter Europe

David Cmeron's government had supported the idea when it was launched by the European Commission in April 2016, three months before the EU referendum.
This fee will be granted 7 euros, from which British citizens themselves will be hit.
Brex's supporters reacted angrily this week when the commission declared plans for the license and payment system.
Despite claims that the idea was punishment for Brexit, it had actually existed long before that happened.
