Ben Slater reportedly is planning to leave this country after failing to obtain the necessary air evacuation visas.
The 37-year-old, who worked as a British ambassadors' bodyguard, told the Telegraph he felt the most disappointed “ ” by the government, Periscopi follows.
Thousands of British and Afghan allies have been evacuated from Afghanistan since this country fell under the Taliban regime earlier this month.
The last members of the British Army left Kanbul Airport Sunday evening, ending the largest evacuation from World War II.
Mr. Slater, who also worked for the Royal Military Police, reportedly supported dozens of evacuations in his country's air transport program.
He urged officials to organise the only evacuation, but did not receive visas.
Now, brave Slater has launched his operation to leave Afghanistan across land with 400 Afghans, who are mostly women. /Periscope
