Kosovo's Specialised Chambers have told of Online Journal “Reporter.net” that former KLA commanders have the right to have only one intimate meeting every three months with their mates or partners.
Private visits are held in a suitable location, away from seeing the hearing of the detention officers and may last up to three hours.
These guidelines predict that a person in custody is allowed to spend time with his spouse or partner/partner and/or children on private visits at least once every three months. Private visits are conducted outside the range of sight and hearing of detention officers. To that end, an appropriate location is available in the detention facility, paying due attention to security and dignity”, the Special for Reporter.net's response reported.
Pre-prisoned Specials may even have private meetings with their children.

In a special directive to “Visits Process by Members of the Family and Other Personal Visitors”, it is said that no more than four visitors are allowed to attend in a visit to the detainees simultaneously.
At a written request from the detainee, the detention chief could reportedly make exceptions to children younger than four years old.
According to instructions from the DHSK Pre-burging Unit, the detainees are allowed to bring food, drink and play with similar desks or games.
