Basha has written “recognition of Kosovo's brotherly assistance in the battle with fires! Co-operation with Albania's military and civilian forces, since days ago sacrificing with self - sacrifice and under the most severe conditions, is vital to the preservation of the lives and health of citizens and natural resources”.
Kosovo sent the Security Force and Fire Force to Albania on Monday evening to help extinguish fires involving some of its hearths. The worst situation was presented at the Calimash tunnel.
