This reaction came because, according to the AV ONET, it has been confirmed that Minister Vitita does not know, cannot, and has no will to rule his task.
AV ONET said there is Minister Vitita is irresponsible and that it presents an example of breaking official office, withdrawing to the pandemic's épikun to run for Pristina chairman.
All in the end, AV ONET also called for Minister Arben Vitita's resignation.
Below, find the complete communique:
AV ONET expresses deep concern about managing the pandemic situation by the Minister of Health, Mr. Arben Vitia.
Focused on the political campaign, the minister has left his responsibility to manage the situation, which has emerged from control, with very few citizens vaccinated, with over a thousand positive cases a day.
Therefore, the AVONET NGO network requires the minister's reflection on the situation, so that he does not take advantage of the power to gain political growth in the career, do not misuse the authority and position to gain political points, because it has proved that Minister Vitita, does not, does not, and is not willing to stand up for his duty, thus deceiving public opinion with often false statements that have proven the desire to satisfy his <x0gon<1>
AV ONET has been constantly monitoring and raising concerns that Minister Vitita, has no managerial skills, is irresponsible, and it sets forth an example of violating official duty, withdrawing to “pikun” of indecision from his duty to declare Pristina's candidacy for mayor in the October elections, leaving the country in a chaotic situation with few vaccines, with a small number of vaccine centres, with a lack of health personnel and numerous complaints of citizens over the process.
AVONET estimates that lack of management is also damaging the health system, risking citizen life and renewed closure of the country, which will negatively affect the country's economy and financial situation.
AV ONET taking into account the current situation, created as a consequence of ignorance and not proper management, requires the minister to resign from office because it is only endangering the public health and the country's economy.
