Chairman Haskuka has appointed municipal directors, who have confirmed charges and, as well, officials who were arrested during this governing mandate for abuse of official office, but what makes the government even more scandalous is that there are individuals who run the municipality by coffee and home.
Chairman Haskuka is not transparent because he does not respond to the demands for meeting not only of citizens, but of NGOs and other institutions monitoring municipality work. Concerns about not transparency and accountability are expressed by many relevant factors, which have estimated it is easier to meet Kosovo's prime minister than the mayor of Prizren!
